license plate leds dont work

i installed LEDs in my license plates and now they dont work.
I have no idea what i did wrong, and i dont think it was anything...
i just plugged them in and popped the covers back on. any ideas?

Yeah LEDs have to have exact polarity, pulll the bulbs out, turn the 180 degrees, and reinsert.
Then turn on the parking lights inside the truck and look to see if they work then.....by the way I know you want to do HIDs and they do the same polarity thing, so if one does not light, turn the conncetor that connects the HID kit to the car/relay 180 degrees and it should then.

YUP YUP i had to do the same thing thought i had been GOT but looks amazing if i do say so myself.

can you give me the bulb numbers.sorry ijust got my truck and im still learning all the pieces to it.i want to do the license plate,mirror lights,and reverse bulbs.thanks

License plate ad puddle bulbs are 194, and reverse lamp is 7440.

sweet just ordered my puddle and plate bulbs.now all thats left is hids in the fogs and back up led bulbs.
