LED Conversion Question

Okay ive looked at the sticky on LED conversion and I have a few questions. I want to replace the lights under both mirrors, the 4 doors lights, the 2 dome lights inside the vehicle, and the 2 very small circular lights that you turn on with a button. I followed the sticky and created my own cart on the website but I just want to make sure ive got everything I need. Can someone please tell me what I would need for this conversion? This is what I got for my conversion-

vanity- 31mm festoon
courtesy(side view mirrors). Don't get anything over 6 smd's, they may be too wide to fit in the housing.- 42mm festoon
map lights(small circular ones)- 194
domes for 2nd row and cargo area- 42mm festoon x6 total
door panels- 194
footwell- 194 x2
glove box- 194

How big of a difference do the LEDs makes? Jw I'm doing the regardless, but I imagine they're much brighter
