Knock noise when turning?

Just started hearing a single knock this week. Usually happens when doing a 90 degree turn, seems more often left than right. Seems to be coming from the rear.

What are common things that may cause this? 05 Yukon 2WD 185k. New shocks 3k miles ago. How can I test the pan hard bar, rear sway bar, or any other possibilities?

Jack it up and shake everything hard. Also, check the wheels (axles) for play up down in out

sounds like a possible sway bar end link has broke or came off, busted shock or something of that nature, do like kraig said slide underneath and take a look, a flashlight is helpful even in daylight

Check track bar too. Attaches to axle and frame, controls side to side movement

Grab the wheels and push them in and out too. Rear end held in by c clips
