Welcome to the site!!!
As for the headrests, if I remember right (and I could be wrong, I'm not around my truck at this time to confirm it) but there should be a pin size hole at the base where the headrest shaft goes into the top of the seat, stick a pin or something small enough in there and that that should release the posts when you pull up on it!!
Also, when it comes to LED bulbs, check out under the "interior" section, at the top look for the LED conversion bulb section, that should tell ya whatcha need!!

Welcome again, hope the info helps!!:)

on my truck im not sure if they came out. But i do know they folded back towards the back of the truck. Just lift up the bottom of your seat then fold the top part (back rest) down and the head rest will fold back.

That was with my truck i dont know if tahoes do that same thing.

They do. Mine does the exact same thing. So, DDUB, you dont need to take em out just fold em back and leavem down that way if someone rides in the back they can just fold it up if they want and be good.

Just went out to try my answer on my Denali, what I said works great!! I agree with the others about just pulling up and folding down the headrests, that way you always have them with you and they are out of the way somewhat!!
