I couldn't pass up the deal on the jensen nm9424 in-dash navi/dvd for under $450 (including all the brackets, wires, etc). It looks great and I haven't had any issues out of it. The installation was very easy for a beginner like myself. I was a little pissed of the "xm ready" thing, as I didn't know that required a $100 upgrade, but that aside, it has been a great head-unit. Will upload a pic soon

Unfortunately most nav DD's won't come with an internal XM component. Pioneer, Kenwood, Sony, Alpine... they all have the 'XM Ready' on their box too and all require an XM add on. I bought one for mine and love it... so don't feel too bad :)

Gotcha. I just thought it meant "ready to go" haha. For the price though, I'm not complaining. If I was to add sirius/xm would a universal adapter work? The one made specifically for jensen (pictured below) has very bad reviews around the net and is pricey. Thanks
