I have a little issue with the stablibraking system which is a emergency braking system that coming on automatically when you are driving crazy. I had a 6" bds install on a 2011 tahoe with 18" factory wheel on 325/65/18 nittos, two weeks after it was installed i notice every now in then when i make a left turn going around 20 to 35 miles hour the braking system would come on automatically just until the turn was over. I have not yet been to the dealership to do my first tune up (oil change and checking out everything). I hope i don't have a major issue are BDS lift needs know that to sell lifts for 2011 Tahoes. This is my first suspension ever and i hope this won't be my last.

Please help

I had the same issue with my truck when I first lifted it. I noticed that it went away when I added rear wheel spacers to match the track width to the front wheels.

i thought about doing that early but i was told that i didn't have to if i didn't want to, it wasn't going to hurt nothing. The company that installed the lift has installed lift for years and just install one on his wife 2011 surb and has never heard of this. He said just go to the dealer and tell them and they could put it on a computer. I'm wondering if it is hurting by coming on but a few times a day.

Bump for this guy. Hopefully people with 4+ lift will chime in.

Check all brake and sensor connections. Did the 6" kit come with brake line extensions or require other lines to be extended?

If you still get no response, try the GM Fullsize community.

Hopefully you get this resolved. If so, post results.

Good luck.
