It is aftermarket made by Grant.
Bought it from Amazon. They were the cheapest:

And it is way better than the OEM to hold.

No, I did not buy the climate control with LEDs in it.
All instruments/controls conversions are done by ScottyBoy.
I actually shipped everything from Norway so he could do this for me. That is how good he is.
You can find him here at the forum if you want him to do it for you.
I totally recommend him.

Yep. He shipped me all his parts from the other side of the world. Shipping was slow and expensive as hell too. But the end result was worth it because nobody in Norway could do this for him. I only had a minor hiccup with one of his foglamp switches. European models have fog lamps in both the front AND rear, so there is an extra switch that US models do not have. I quickly figured it out though once he emailed me a picture of the wiring pigtail.
I'm glad you like how everything turned out.

Can I ask if anyone knows if on a 1999 LT Tahoe if the dash cluster bulbs pull out of the bases or do you have to order new twist in bases for the new LED bulbs ?

those are spot welded onto the base.
I have a lot of extra bases, let me know if you need some. all you need to do is send me a self addressed envelope and I'll send you some.
