Instrument Cluster lights up during day, not at night

I have searched this forum and found people having issues after installing non canbus led interior lights. Fuse 17 and a few others in my 08 LTZ are all fine and I am stumped.

During the day my instrument cluster lights up fine, when I pull into a parking garage and the auto lights turn on, the lights on my cluster do not stay on.

I hope I am not looking in the wrong place and wondering if anyone has suggestions on what else I should check? Thanks!

As a last ditch effort, I disconnected the battery for over an hour. When I reconnected the red cable, there was no change in the issues I was having. I decided to check the number 17 fuse again, this time it was blown. Replaced fuse fixed everything!!
