I have a 2016 Yukon SLT.
Awhile back, i was having issues with the Infotainment System, so I replaced the battery, an it seemed to fix it.
Now I am back with the following issues: The screen will be on, no audio at all, the buttons would not work under the screen, parts of the touch screen will respond.
You can select the phone and navigation, but that's it. it will connect/disconnect Bluetooth for phones, wont recognize if anything is connected via USB.
Cannot eject the CD.
It is an intermittent problem, but I am at a loss to figure out what is wrong. I don't have a scan tool that will dig deep in to the computer.
Does any one know if this is somethin i can fix, or should I seek a dealer resolution.
