Ideas for exhaust after BL?

Since I installed my body lift my still stock exhaust hangs down below my bumper and I'm not sure what to do. Any ideas?

Chop it off after the muffler. Thats what I did

Not really its like chopping off the resonator same result. It looks cleaner in the back IMo.

will it sound any louder? How hard is it to do?

Had mine dumped at the exhaust shop for ~$30. If you are removing the resonator, it will be a little louder (barely noticable with a stock exhaust).
