I need the definitive "front bow tie removal" how-to, please!

Alright... So it WAS a 10mm press-nut thing on each post of the bow tie. Don't know why I couldn't get it to grab the first go around, but worked like a charm this time.

After getting those things off, I kept wedging a credit card behind the center of the bow tie until I cut through the double-sided tape piece and freed the bow tie.

Yeah, the help got a little uncomfortable toward the end there, but, yeah, you guys did help. I hate when that happens. ;)
