HVAC problems

2002 yukon Denali XL. Blower motor runs strong but I’m not getting hardly any air out of the vents. It also only comes out of the face vent. No floor or defrost. Any help would be appreciated. Iv been a ford guy my whole life. This is my second GM so I’m not real familiar yet.

I went under the driver side dash and found the blend door actuator isn’t moving so I manually turned it and now I have very strong air coming from the face vents or feet vents but still no defrost vents at all

Im having the same issue in my 2000! I replaced the mode door actuator yesterday but still nothing. Still only blows through the vents. im at a loss at this point. Its getting cold here in NY and i could really use some heat on my feet and a defroster for my frozen windows! When i try to switch to defrost or feet, nothing happens
