How To remove dash board grab bar?

Does anyone know how to remove the passenger side dash board grab bar?

pull out air vents, put you finger inside and press a tab to push out from each side...fairly easy

push left side white tab pull out.. push right side white tab pull out a little more then once more on the left side and the whole thing should come out

if you look up the instructions for installing a nav, removing the handle is one of the very first steps. I like diagrams and 1,2,3 steps so here you go

Where else are gonna attach the bungees to hold down a pizza in easy reach?!

I like the panic bar for my passengers. It keeps the finger nail holes out of the dash.

Okay thanks. I'm not completely removing it, just temporarily to remove my top dash to dye it due to chipping. Any More tips on that one?
