how to fix fast flashing led front turn signals

I looked but did not find a thread but I just installed my smoked halos, led turn signals, and smoked fog lights. The right signals flash quickly but not the left ones. I checked and all bulbs work and as do the mirror lights. Each of the front signal lights have what looks to be a ballast? Attached to them. Do I need to add something else to the lights?

Didn't realize when I posted this I should have titled it "how do I fix...." double checked this evening and all bulbs work. Any ideas on a fix or cause?

You need a resonator

yupp a resonator will fix that..about 5 bucks online

Where do i install it and on what wire? I believe there is a red and blue wire to each of the 3 lights.
