How to eject a DVD

Hey everyone, I bought my wife a 2015 Escalade a while back, and we can't seem to figure out how to eject a DVD. I've looked online and haven't found much. Do these break very often? I'm afraid that what has happened here, but I just wanted to know if anyone has any insight. TIA!

it's the same button on almost anything that takes a media disc

on the escalade the eject button is center bottom, same eject symbol on it
you can lead a horse to water.......

See how mine isn’t lit up? I know what you guys are talking about, but I am asking if there’s some kind of trick that I’m missing because it won’t eject. The button is unresponsive, and I don’t see anyway to do it from the screen.
