I'd take 800 grit ..wet sand them all over the lens, then take 1000, the 1500 then 2000 grit then use clear paint from autozone or just a plastics clear coat like krylon/duplicolor and give it one coat 8 inches away 2-3 coats then wets sand 2000 grit then another 2-3 coats and they should look brand new!!! I'd also use a tooth brush and some simple green and hot water on the inside first to fully clean them!!! Let the paint dry 20-30 minutes in between wet sanding!!! Good luck!!!

If you bake them ad then bake them back together and bead them with clear silicone yes... Id do the outside first there's no point in opening them if you don't know if there bad inside... If you do the out side and there clear again your solid if you see that it's still foggy then bake them easiest way to do it IMHO

ok ill just buy some off ebay ill go all black then if i gotta buy bumper lenses!!! what do you guys think about these http://www.ebay.com/itm/CHEVY-SUBUR...:2003|Model:Tahoe&vxp=mtr&hash=item4cf55bf26f

Signals and drls will be much dimmer because of the black housings. Highs will be good since they still have the chrome surround. Lows will be ok if you stick to halogen bulbs. If you go hid in the low projectors the output will be bad as the projector and lens is not made to handle hid's. And the led halos suck. If you want halos, get the ccfl's. Not bashing your selection, Just telling you what you're gonna get from experience. I have similar chrome halo projectors but with the ccfl's. I was going to go hid until I saw another member's out put pics with hid. Let me know if you need some pics.

Not sure if they're recommended for anything above 35 watt. And like I said before the projectors are not made for hid so the output will be bad. There are some on ebay that come with hid kits. But I'm not sure of the quality of the hid's or if the projectors are different to handle hid. Maybe that's something you can ask the seller.
