how the program keyless entry remmote

I just bought a 2013 GMC Yukon, it was used and it only came with one remote, I bought one online and send me some instructions on how to program it; however, my Yukon didn't have the option on the info panel, anyone knows how can I program it without going to the dealer and they charge me an arm and a leg?

2013 = dealer has to do it

Only 07 & 08 could you do it from the DIC
