Horn wire

Hello everyone. I did search this and got some very useful info, but I’m at a stop point and just need some direction. The 6j wire is clearly marked and has black Clío bit seems to run back into itself. Nothing nearby that would signal me to move elsewhere to get horn connected. Thanks in advance

Mine didn't have the label any longer, but there were two wires of similar color, both single conductors, that had been crossed when reconnected. Once I swapped those, the horn worked.
