My panic mode has started to randomly activate, sounding the horn. It’s only done it a couple times to my knowledge. But I’m afraid it’s going to get more frequent. Has anyone had this issue?

Might take your FOB apart and make sure there isn’t a bunch of crud built up that is giving it a hair-trigger.

I thought about that the first time. But the second time I was 100 miles away from it when it did it.

Hmmm......Yeah probably not that then.

I had a 2007 Silverado that all of a sudden started blowing its horn and it ended up being a corroded fuse block under the hood.
