HID on a 2007 Tahoe

I had my headlight out the other day (what a pain!!!) and I noticed that there were HID ballasts and bulbs sitting there and not hooked up. I bought the truck used so I am not sure if these were stock or added by the previous owner. I tried getting them to light up but was unable, and was running out of daylight so I had to put the light back in. I forgot to take a picture of what I saw but any information would be great. I cant figure out why they are there and not hooked up or how to get them to work.

I'm in Port Washington. I am gonna try and get them to work. I just can't figure out why they were installed and then disconnected. I guess it's just the joys of a used car!!!

not that far from me . do you have the bulbs or is just the ballast?

might have burnt out the bulbs and didnt feel like spending the money on new ones.

The ballasts are there and the bulbs are just hanging loose behind the lights.

did u try to plug them in?
