HID and correct light housing

OK here we go, I want to buy HID's ,correct me if im wrong they wont fit into the stock headlight housing on a 01 tahoe? do to the length of the Headlight Bulb..
You have to have a special aftermarket projector housing ?

HID's will fit in stock housing. When put in stock housing, they're are super bright. You can get projectors headlight housing to better project the light. I bought some off a member here, decided I don't like the look. My projectors are for sale aslo.. I have a 2001 tahoe.

I had an 01 Tahoe and bought hid's. It fit perfectly in the stock housings.

Just match the bulb type of the HID to whatever it normally takes. They rebase HID bulbs onto virtually every kind of headlamp bulb out there.
