Hi pitch squeak when I accelerate

Has anyone with a 2015 Tahoe experience a high pitch squeak when accelerating especially when going from the active fuel save mode (v4) to the v8 setting.

It is a subtle sound, but now in listening for it and it is driving me crazy.
