ok as some of u know im new i was looking at the lower part of the dash i can see a couple screws to take out that hold it. i just wanna lower it to clean behind it some, how do u do this? i know top part just snaps off but i need lower part like below steering wheel. and any heads up cause there is a vent there? and i have searched and searched and have come up with nothing on this
