Help adding multiple amps to stock bose radio

I'm going to install an alpine 4 channel amp to run two sets of focals and a mono block kenwood amp for the sub. I'm not looking to replace the stock non nav radio, (yet) but what accessories and line out converters will I need for all the necessary RCA inputs on the two amps. The 4 channel alpine does not have a RCA output so can don't have that option. I just want to bypass the bose system all together, is there also a way to not run the factory sub and any other speakers than the aftermarket products I'm installing? Will any of this affect other functions or chimes or alerts?
