Grab Strap?

I'm not exatcly sure what it's called, or what the part number is, but since I got my tahoe I noticed it's missing the leather or vinyl strap that belongs on the liftgate to assist bringing the hatch back down. I was hoping any of you knew where to find it. I've been looking for a while, I guess I just can't find the proper wording to find it when I search. Any help is appreciated.

ya ebay is the go to for one, I took mine off because I am 6'4" and the darn thing was always right in my face, took it off and tossed it.
