GPS not working

I read in the news this morning that a major solar flare erupted yesterday and it could affect electronics today and damage satellites. The GPS in my radio is not functioning and I had to use my phone as a backup. Is anybody else experiencing this problem?

Well, 103 views and not a single reply. I guys I was the only one. No big deal though. 15 minutes later it was working again and the symbol that said GPS with a red line going diagonally across it went away.

Saw a segment of the news about possible interference with some electronics due to the solar storm/flares.......said it would be pretty sporadic ar best BUT the northern lights are supposed to be dramatically enhanced.....

I wish I was far enough north to set them. Guess I'll have to wait until August to see something heavenly. That's when the psorids (sp?) Pass by.
