I try to minimize the dog hair in my vehicles so I've historically just used towels so my dog can sit on it, but it never stays in place. That, and my Tahoe has vented/heated seats so I now also want to prevent her nails from catching on the vent holes and ripping them. Not likely to happen, but you never know.

I wanted a seat cover to replace the towel(s) and lucked out with this one. Fits like a glove, looks great, and does the job of protecting the seat. Thought I'd post it up in case anyone else is looking for one.

Dog hair killed the rear a/c in my Tahoe. Turns out the evaporator case has a drain line. Drain line got plugged with dog hair, evaporator core rusted. $700 repair.

You might want to check the drain line from time to time (passenger side near the rear tire).
