I have done more testing. Seems my claim at 30 mpg was off. So after checking things my computer system ground wasn't as good.

Then after more trips, I found my fuel economy was around 25 to 27mpg.

Average is closer to 23 mpg.

Did a check of the intake system and it is still clean.

This is of course 2 liters per tank of fuel. An full tank for me is 110 liters. So with only 2 liters of motor oil it isn't a lot.

Next week testing with 30 grade oil as summer weather it can handle it.

Tested with 30 weight motor oil works great but using 1.5 liters in a half tank at this time.

Sonic- been reading your mileage posts and have to ask- Is this off the truck mpg display or calculated vs:fuel used at fill up? Seems like there is a problem in the math somewhere.

This is on the display. As well I notice I don't go to the gas station nearly as often

Not that I know of. It's burning cleanly.

It is actually in metric. Friend of mine was saying that was 30mpg
Not sure. My computer on the display averages at 17.5 liters per hundred kms

Converted from metric: 4.62 gallons used in 62.14 miles = 13.44 mpg
At times it is higher but depends on how you drive. Have to check a highway trip and see what I get. It is sure better on fuel than it was though.

Tested with 30 weight motor oil works better with the warm weather. Starts just fine as well. Still clean exhaust

Sonic- Do you have a Tech2? It's time you either recalibrate your display mpg /kpl or do some math before posting. I'll bet a bluetooth adapter with torque app won't be as far from reality as yours.

10-15 liters is what it averages. The oil does help.

All I am saying is it works. Saves fuel and no harm done. Results like I say will vary. A person can go out and spend god knows how much on a device which may show a more accurate figure. Like I say fact is saves money. Secondly remember as we all know fuel economy varies so of course I have all sorts of results. Me I am fine with this. With the pandemic we have going on not going to buy a tech2 just yet with the world economy in tatters. Perhaps after the pandemic I will get a tech 2.
