the higher the number the lower the gearing.

"4.56 gears" = 4.56:1 ratio (Transmission output : axle)
meaning your wheels will turn one time for every time the drive shaft turns once

going with "lower gears" (higher ratio) will give you better acceleration
but you will run higher rpm at highway speeds

going to a higher ratio axle will help re-gain the power lost by going with larger tires.

4.56 to be safe. If you already have the 4.10s then just try them out and see how you like. Some run the 4.10s, some dont.

So what would your recommendion be for me to do

check this out
http://izook.com/gearcalc.htm

do you spend much time on the highway?
I'd say to go with 4.10's (or close to it)
better fuel economy, lower rpm's (closer to stock with stock tires)
the calculator says 4.28:1 gears with 35" tires will be about the same as your stock 3.73 gears and 30.5" tires

if you plan on doing alot of offraoding or towing,
the 4.55/4.56 range will help you out alot
