i was working inside my tahoe today with the motor off and i noticed when i closed the door and the dome light went off the gas gauge went from empty to about 3/4 full. when i opened the door again it dropped back down to empty. i closed the door again and when the light went off it did the same thing. any ideas why this is happening? i have a battery issue and my battery isn't up to full charge so would this have anything to do with it?
