Full Screen CarPlay

On the 2023 Yukon Denali how do you get CarPlay to show full screen? Right now there are various buttons on the left side of the screen that take up screen space.

And don't worry OP it shouldn't matter once GM drops carplay support anyway.

Navikits has a module which will replace the entire screen with whatever input you feed it. No touchscreen support so not exactly what you are looking for but its the only way to get full screen anything.
