Hello all- I have a 2017 Yukon XL Denali with struts that have about 5000 miles on them. I noticed today that the bottom of the strut is moving forward or backward on the bushing. I don’t hear anything when driving, and it seems to drive well. The passenger and driver struts are moved in different directions, front and rear. I have attached a picture of the driver side looking from the street up at the strut. You can notice the gap with the bushing, and the bottom ring of the strut touching the wishbone. Again the other side of the car has he same issue, but just pushed to the rear. What could cause this? Thanks!!IMG_0585.jpeg

This is in wrong year section. Hopefully can be moved. You said struts replaced 5k miles ago. What brand? All struts are not created equal.
