Front License Plate Holder

My dealer is getting me a Denali in Pearl Beige Metallic from a Texas dealer. I live in Louisiana and we are not required to have a front license plate. I hate have anything on the front of my Yukon. This will be my 6th Yukon.

If the Denali from the Texas dealer comes with the black license plate frame already installed, will it leave holes in the front bumper if I remove it? It is easily removed? I cannot figure out how it attaches. I've searched the internet with very little success on this topic.

Are the holes in the black area below the painted bumper or in the painted bumper?

I did this to my 2016 Yukon that came with the front license plate holder that I removed.
