Front Blower Problem

First of all thanks for reading. I'll be quick and to the point.

Week ago either ac or evap drain tube was clogged and put Water not coolant into passenger side floor board which caused blower not to turn off then I disconnected battery and all was good till this.

Today front blower stopped working. Pulled blower and checked it by connecting to battery....spun right up and off my car. Attached is a picture of the resistor looks corroded no professional. When the blower stopped working seemed like it was getting power but nothing to keep it going. It would surge every 5 secs for a half sec. Either resistor or module. Let me know what you guys think.

By the way this site has saved me so much pain. Really appreciate it and keep doing it.
