Free Range Mod

I am about to install a 2 inch drop to the rear of my yukon. Will I need to do the free range mod with that small of a drop in the rear?

If you hit some bumps and dips that cycle the suspension enough that the axle hits the bump stop hard, then you'll have to do SOMETHING. With only a 2" drop, I'd start by trimming 2" off of the bump stop. I bet you'd be fine after that.
