Fog light wiring

My truck had the strobes in the fog lights. They have since been removed and left behind a 3 wire combo neutral, ground, power. I’ve looked for the pigtail harness but I am only finding 2 wire. I want to install factory round fogs but need the hook up harness.

If it were me, I'd put in a relay switch and run them straight off the battery.
