Flashing Interior Lights and No Radio

I am having some trouble with my interior lights and my radio. I am not sure if it has anything to do with the old remote start system or what, but for some reason my radio does not work. Whenever I turn the truck on, the dash, interior, and hazard light flash for like 2 minutes. I am not sure what steps I need to take to have this fixed. Also, the radio stopped working and there is no power at all going to the radio. Other than this my Tahoe runs great......any advice?

What type of remote starter was it? I had one on my Xterra and it would do the same thing, but my battery cable would not seat fully on the post.
