Make sure intake gaskets have been replaced. Check for excessive play in the steering wheel. Check for rust along the inside bottom edges of the doors. Those seem to be the biggest flaws. Other then that the rest is usual used car buying common sense.

Depends on what your asking.
If your looking for a great truck good luck, some are out their, but it takes a lot of money.
Most people fix what is broke. Meaning they wait for a problem before they do anything.

Intake gaskets yes, not a big deal though. Easy enough to do if you have some mech knowledge.
Steering, brakes, shocks, ball joints, all normal wear and tear, but can be a price point.
U-joints are probably factory.
Ball joints, control arm bushings, steering all very well could be factory.

Look for leaks, how does it drive, etc...

Brakes probably going to suck. Brake pedal will go down a ways before it stops.
You probably won't get back to factory however you can make it better.
Take the caliper bolts out and replace them or clean them well. Use only brake grease on them. Grease them.
Then bleed the brakes.
Adjust the shoes.
This is something that should be done atleast 2 times a year.

Don't forget that you can upgrade using nbs master cylinder and can hydro boost. I and many others on here have a nbs master cylinder def worth the upgrade
