I took your suggestions in my last thread and finally found the PPV I was looking for. It is a 2014 2wd with 41,000 actual miles. It was used at a Casino for transporting high rollers to and from the airport, etc, so it was never actually used on the force. It runs and drives great. Here are the things I want to do right away.

1. third row black matching seat. I can feel the brackets under the floor, but are these pretty easy to install? I have three kids, so I want to find one fast hopefully.

2. The ride seems a little rough/bumpy at times, have you guys replaced the shocks with anything else to help improve the ride at all or suggest anything else I can do. Which parts would you recommend? We are planning on taking it on a pretty long trip, so I was hoping to get this done pretty soon. The wife already mentioned how it feels going over a pothole. The ride doesn't seem too bad on the highway, but it would be nice to fix it.

3. Stock center console, or possibly the console that has a cooler in it (not sure if these are any good).

4. Taking out the spotlight/possibly the front bumper. Just seeing if you guys had any experience with this, it's probably the first thing I'll do. I'm already seeing people slowing down as they approach me haha.

I look forward to hearing some of your replies and suggestions. I'm ready to get started on it right away!

I snapped some quick pictures, but I'll put some better ones on here when I get a chance.

Nice. You could probably sell that bumper, Setina is one of the better ones.

Congratulations! ~ I'm happy for you Bro. I'm glad you found the one you were looking for. Looks like a beautiful car - hard to find them that clean with low miles. What size and load range tires did it come with?

Do you know what the bumpers like this go for usually? I'll have to check the tires, but I know they aren't Goodyears. They are new which is nice, but I'm curious if the Goodyears would make the ride better. I was hoping someone on here had some nice third row leather seats possibly. Has anyone cut out the floor in the back and made it look factory? I've been searching for threads on the third row installation, but haven't found anything. Thanks again!

Tires should be 265-60-17 which are low profile cop tires for pursuits. 265-70-17 has over a 7" sidewall, much more common so they cost less and will deliver a smoother ride.

I believe @Kee Fuller added 3rd row seats to his PPV and has a post about it with pics somewhere.

I'm not familiar with prices on used push bars

3rd row is easy.... pull carpet, buy brackets on ebay with bolts slap them in existing threaded holes and cut carpet. Unless you want the factory carpet with the plastic tracks....I wish mine didn’t have the plastic...

Ok, I was hoping I could find a post on it with pictures hopefully to ease the process.

I'm thinking of swapping out the two front cloth seats as well with leather heated seats if that's possible. I noticed that anything from 2007-2014 should work basically, but any suggestions are welcomed on that as well. Thanks again

The pushbar is easy to remove. There should be 2 bolts on each side, then 2 bolts on top to remove the push bar. Then you have 2 bolts attached to the trans cooler, then 2 bolts on the bottom bumper bracket where the tow hooks go. You have to remove the bumper.

Its a police vehicle so it rides pretty firm. I changed out my suspension completely with belltech shocks, springs and coils and it rides awesome.

Stock console, try searching junkyards. Tahoe, suburban, yukon even Sierra denalis will fit. They are kinda pricey, i got a good deal on mines for like 150 bucks or so.

3rd row seating is easy, get the brackets off ebay, the bolts that came with mine didnt fit so i went to home depot to get the bolts. Theres a few videos on how to install, need a box cutter, a good sharp pair of carpet scissors and needle nose pliers.

Any seats from a tahoe, yukon, Escalade will bolt up in our truck, but the wiring is going to be different. I dont mess with wiring cause all it takes is one wrong wire to create a nightmare so I elected to have my front seats reupolstered to leather.

Good looking truck man. Reminds me of mine when i first got it
