I've heard you get to keep the transit wheels or send them back for a credit. Seems odd they can't already be installed.

Dealer said they have to go back to factory. They are nothing more than glorified spare tires. Prevents damage and theft of the 22's during transit.

Too bad, they would look good on the golf cart.

They are actually not safe for road travel. Just for transportation. They have to be sent back to GM or the dealer will get hit with a chargeback.

Once it was built (4300 status) until now arriving at the dealer ... How long did it take? Just curious because mine is built and at 4300 status.

mine was about 2 weeks or so...

I've never understood why the standard 22's show a width of 8.5" and the ones installed at the dealer show 9" wide. Anyone else notice?

Great. Thank you. That would be great if I was driving it in 2 more weeks.


Mike, mine took about a week. Once it hit 4800 it was gone two days later on the way to IA which is about a four hour drive from rail yard.

What standard 22"? They are all 22x9.
