I'm trying to install some 2007 Escalade 2nd row bucket seats into a 2007 yukon xl and was told it was a direct swap but its not. The mount brackets on the regular yukon/tahoe/escalade are different then the yukon xl/suburban/escalade esv due to size of the vehicles. However my question is...are the bucket seat structure the same seat for all these models. I'm talking about the seat itself without the mount bracket which then mounts to the truck. If so, I could simple buy the correct mounting bracket and swap the seats. Can anyone help or provide info to this mod? Greatly appreciated.

Are you trying to swap buckets or change out the bench in the Yukon?
There has been a lot of threads started about removing the 2nd row bench and replacing with buckets, but it seems like no one follows through because of the mounting issues. Hopefully you can complete this and post pictures.
