Escalade running boards on a hoe

I have a 2001 tahoe and Im thinking about putting '02 escalade running boards on it and I found a used car parts place that is selling them $500 for the pair. This seems to be too expensive. My question to the experience people on the board, is this too much? And if so is there any other place you know to get the running boards cheaper? If someone is selling some please pm me.

I want to do this on my 01 as well and if anyone doesnt mind answering another question. Are these just a direct bolt on or is there some slight modificiation that needs to be done?
