Escalade dash conversion???

How hard would it be to install a Escalade in my 08 tahoe???

Whats parts would i need, would it be plug and play??

I wouldnt think its plug and play at all. even some parts of the tahoe or yukon arent plug and play. It would be very nice though a heck of a project.

I have seen it done. But I think it would be extremely hard. I really wanted to do this with my Hoe. But after looking into it I think the heater controls in the back will have different plugs plus the seat heater buttons if you wanted to would have to be moved from teh doors to the dash. plus the esky cluster.. I wanted to do this but I am just going to get a Escalade and switch my parts over to it.

i figured it would be hard, but What if i was able to take to remove dash,seats, door panels,and all the wiring behind the dash,floor and doors?

I think it would be easier to get an esky lol. If I had a salvaged esky I would take the challenge because its going to be time consuming youll probably end up swapping more thungs out than just the cosmetics.

I have done dash swaps on Hondas before,i know i cant compare it to that because these modern cars have so many computers and heated stuff. but i figured if i had access to every part on the inside of a Escalade every computer every wire even seats. how hard do u think? i think it might me plug n play but i jus have to have eveything and alot of time.

I had the same thought, maybe an Escalade Platinum dash. I couldn't stand the plastic everywhere. But seeing this, it seems pretty complex, and I was wondering what kind of costs you run into with a shop doing it for you?

It would be easier just to get an Esky but it depends on how much you love your current ride. I was going to swap an ebony interior into my Trailblazer from an Envoy Denali but it was way too complicated and it would leave me broke.
