Just did the swap on mine and made my plug and play pigtail adapter.

What plug did you use to make yours? I've been trying to get in touch with the guys on here who were selling them, but they won't respond. They act like it's a big secret now. I have the schematics so wiring isn't a problem.

Yeah, I've been thinking about this mod as well. I ended up purchasing another truck. The mods and the fun continue. At this rate, I'll never run out of things / mods to do. LOL

I’m running mine without a bezel right now. Honestly you can barely tell and can probably get away with just running the bottom half of one.

You just have to make one out of two. I ordered an Esky bezel and hopefully can cut my Silverado one to make a hybrid of the 2.

I finished the one in my Silverado, made a custom bezel out of the Escalade one and the LTZ/ Tahoe one. It came out perfect but it took a bit of work with plastic epoxy and filler. The cluster matches perfect with the brushed metal trim pieces.

Gauging interest here. I’ve mapped out the wiring and am working on sourcing the connectors/terminals.

Is there still a need/demand for the Escalade cluster conversion harness?
