no. lasting a year is not good. but it is better than 6 months :p

HIDs in projectors?? I am not familiar with the projector setup...

Is this possible? Do they have the same type of bulb setup, where I could just replace the bulb with HID bulbs? Next question I guess would be, could I use my existing HID setup in these headlights? Or would it be different sizes?

Is the only thing that makes a projector headlight a projecter...the lens??

I'm in the same boat bauer. my 07 has stock halogens and I'm wondering if I need to get projector lens first, then install the HID kits.

Well Bryansan, I can tell you this. I have HID setup in their now, with the standard headlight assembly. The beam looks good, and they work well at night. However, I do not know if these same HID bulbs could hook right up to the projector lens. I have never seen the back of these projector housings...

usually the aftermarket projector lights use a h1 bulb for the projectors so you would have to change your hid bulbs.

OK then. Easy enough to change the bulbs... but the mystery is still... how well do THESE projector lenses with HID bulbs in them work? Maybe I will just have to test it to find out!
