is there a way to get the pins turned on to run the e-fans other than sending the pcm away to bb. could the dealer or a local shop do it? i'm trying to figure out what all i am going to have to do b4 i order the fans. thanks for any advice

You would have to find a local shop that runs EFI Live.
Some have reported that their local dealer have turned on the pins for about $60, but I could see alot of dealers not wanting to do this for whatever liablity "issues" that they can come up with in their heads.
