No it does not. You can install your own ride height sensors or get them thru kelderman. You need the sensors for the system to function only.

Here's my '02 Suburban. It's around a 4-5 drop with spindles and keys on the front, and coils with the DJM kit with a Spohn panhard on the rear. I also did the free travel mod.
