I purchased a 2025 Yukon XL AT4. I noticed that when I shut the rear driver's side rear door that it doesn't close the same as the others. Doesn't close with the same tightness feel of the other doors. I also noticed some wind noise on the highway. I'm coming from a 2024 Denali that I was able to trade in and before that a 2021 Tahoe, but thought maybe the AT4 was a little louder. As I looked into it more I can see the door is not flush like the rear door on the other side. The passenger side rear door actually sits inset slightly. If you sit in the car you can run your fingers between the weather stripping on other doors it is tight and on this door you can get your fingers in between.

So long story short, has anyone had this and is there a simple fix by the dealer to adjust how the door is sitting?

The door adjustment may be something simple such as loosening the door striker, adjusting it slightly, and retightening.

Or - the hinge positions may need to be adjusted also.

A good body repair person (if the dealer has one) should be able to adjust the door.

I have a similar issue with a 2024 Tahoe Premier I bought new: The LF door must be slammed much harder to close, than the other three side doors. I am hesitant to have the dealer repair it, out-of-fear they won’t do it right. It is clear the factory didn’t install the door correctly.
