Door switch trims

I have an 07 Escalade Ext and the drivers door switch trim (wood trim around window switches) is cracked. Before I go and replace with a Caddy one, I was wondering if the brushed Tahoe switch trims are interchangeable with mine? They don't cost that much from gmpartsdirect so I was going to swap all the wood ones for brushed. Anyone know?...they look the same just wanna make sure before I order them. Thanks much.

For anyone who might be curious, they do fit. I didn't get any answers here but I took a gamble and ordered anyways because they look identical. Well, they are.
