I was wondering if the 2011 SSV has a PVC valve and should it be replaced?

Not like you'd think. There are no moving parts or parts to replace.
Not sure what engine you have, but the 5.3s in that era have the PCV valve built into the driver's side valve cover. AFAIK, you have to replace the whole valve cover if it fails. I wouldn't worry about it unless you have a problem (oil consumption, bad performance, etc.)
There was a redesign or two of the Gen IV valve cover to reduce oil consumption. By 2011, I think they had it sorted out.

Technical Service Bulletin 10-06-01-008F Well, I went back and looked it up. The breakpoint for "bad" valve covers is Feb 1, 2011, so you may not be safe. It's explained in Technical Service Bulletin
Accidentally posted before finishing. The TSB gives you the scoop on the valve cover/PCV situation. If you have the old design and are experiencing problems, then replace the valve cover. If no problems, I still wouldn't worry about it.

@opfor2 If you don't the updated driverside vc, put one on. The original is a poor design and is a problem looking for a place to happen.
